Crow's Nest

CROW’S NEST

Take a moment to head to the top of the garden. The wisteria-shaded bench is a place of solace and serenity. The outdoor table offers a great place to have lunch or a cup of coffee. Check out the poetry box and stained glass mural.

MEMORIAL GARDEN

This hidden gem is worth finding. The sunny, quiet garden offers a stone bench for seating and contemplation. Enjoy the beautiful Japanese maple, the aroma of herbs and blooms through fall.

VERANDA/COURTYARD

VERANDA/COURTYARD

The “veranda” next to the original front door can offer a quiet reprieve. Let the comfortable seating, beautiful moonlight white flowers and sounds of the fountain lull you into a state of relaxation.

SACRED CEDAR TREE

An arborist estimated that this beautiful cedar is 300 years old! The rings of cedars around are branches from the main tree and have become trees as the soil level has risen over time. Walk around its base and look up and be prepared to be awed by this amazing specimen.

WOODLAND TRAIL

WOODLAND TRAIL

The nature trail through Hopewell’s wooded area was restored by an Eagle Scout and local troop. It is an uphill walk on bark chips with many steps and four benches awaiting you at the top. The perfect private place for reflection and peace surrounded by nature.
